Personalised Items

Personalised items are made to order, which means that there is a 2-4 weeks processing and shipping time. In some cases this could be longer, depending on public holidays and high demand. Once the custom made process is complete and the item has been quality checked, we will then ship your item out to you.

The shipping method you have selected, will be applied to your order, once production has finished. For example: If you have selected next working day delivery with your personalised item, your jewellery will be sent out with the next day delivery, once the item has been made.

Pre-order Items

Pre-order items are custom ordered for yout, which means that there is a 2-3 weeks processing and shipping time. In some cases this could be longer, depending on public holidays, postal strikes and high demand. Once the pre-order item arrives in our office and the item has been quality checked, we will then ship your item straight out to you.
