REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Refunds/Exchanges Policy:

All items are non refundable due to each order being unique and designed for each customer. All orders will be sent with a tracking number and quality checked before dispatch.

All orders and returns and subject to being ACCEPTED by our team before returning anything to us. If we have declined or not confirmed a return, we will not issues a refund and instead the item may be sent back to your original delivery address. A refund will not be issued in these circumstances. We accept exchanges ONLY within 7 days of the order being confirmed as delivered.

*Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and we cannot offer an exchange for any lost or damaged goods. All exchanges will be subject to acceptance, once the order has been received, inspected and deemed sale worthy. Customer damage is not eligible for exchanges.
